Drawing from my own lived experience with addiction and sustained recovery, I offer compassionate, nonjudgmental guidance through one-on-one sessions, group facilitation, goal setting, and practical life skills. I truly believe that healing is possible, hope is powerful, and lasting change is within everyone’s reach.
